Point of sale

A complete sale in under a minute

  1. 1The sale screen

    Your products with price and stock on the left; the ticket on the right. It works the same on a computer, a tablet or a phone.

  2. 2Search and add

    Type part of the name or scan the barcode. One tap adds the product; another tap adds one more unit.

  3. 3The customer, by tax ID

    Type the tax ID and the system fills in the name. First time? It saves the customer for next time. You can also sell to a walk-in customer.

  4. 4Charge however they pay

    Cash, card or credit. With cash you enter the amount received and the change is calculated for you.

  5. 5Electronic invoice issued

    The electronic invoice is issued and the receipt is ready to print or send by WhatsApp. Inventory has already deducted what was sold.

  1. 1Your whole inventory in one table

    How much of each product you have at each location, the minimum you should keep, and what it is all worth.

  2. 2What is about to run out

    A filter shows only what is below minimum. From there you can build the purchase order.

  3. 3The purchase arrives, stock goes up

    Record the supplier purchase — or load it from a photo of the invoice — and stock goes up on its own.

  4. 4Transfers between locations

    Move product from one location to another. It leaves one, enters the other, and both see it instantly.

  5. 5Every product’s history

    Every sale, purchase, transfer and count is logged with the date and who did it. If something does not add up, you can see why here.

From the table to the kitchen to the check

  1. 1The dining room, table by table

    The real floor plan of each room. Every table shows how long it has been occupied and how much it has ordered; tables that asked for the check show in a different color.

  2. 2The server takes the order

    Tap the table and add dishes from the phone, with notes like “no onion”. The table shows as occupied right away.

  3. 3Kitchen and bar get it automatically

    When sent, dishes show on the kitchen display and drinks on the bar display, each with a timer. If there is a printer, the ticket prints too.

  4. 4Ready to serve

    The kitchen marks the dish ready and the table shows it on the floor: the server knows it can be picked up.

  5. 5Split the check and charge

    Split the check among as many people as you like, each pays their own way, and when done the table is free for the next guests.
